About

Life brings challenges that can often feel overwhelming, but there are effective tools to help us navigate the ups and downs. With my experience as a therapist, elementary school teacher, an athlete, and a soccer coach, I bring a well-rounded perspective to supporting mental health. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and other behavioral concerns. Additionally, I am passionate about parenting strategies and have dedicated significant time to researching approaches that build resilience and promote well-being.
